Brother Ben Joined the Crossroads family fall of 2022. He has been serving in various ministry positions in Missouri and Texas over the past two decades. Preaching and teaching God’s Word are central to his calling. He is married to Nicolette Taylor, and they have two children, Felicity and Kasyn. Berrik Brumley
WORSHIP PASTOR
Berrik began leading worship over 25 years ago while in high school in Collinsville, OK. He has served on staff in churches in Missouri, California, Arkansas, and Oklahoma over the last two decades and joined the Crossroads family in summer of 2023. Berrik graduated from Southwest Baptist University with Church Music & Music Education degrees and received his Masters of Theological Studies through Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. As a licensed and ordained pastor, He sees his role as more than being a “music leader,” but as a pastor who desires to teach God’s Church to worship Him in all areas of their lives. He and his wife Rachel have two, awesome children, Griffith and Beatrice. He is excited to be a part of the work God is doing in Beggs.

Meet Andrea, the human embodiment of a warm hug, who showers her family and community with kindness and love for the Lord’s work. She’s always surrounded by happy kids, dishing out hugs and smiles like they’re going out of style. Andrea is the mastermind behind our children’s ministry. Leading children’s church on Sunday mornings during worship, where she crafts future men and women of faith. Twice, she’s jetted off to Zambia with our Crossroads crew, spreading the Lord’s joy all over the world. As the wizard behind the curtain for our Vacation Bible School, children’s Connect Groups, and Wednesday night gatherings, she cherishes children’s discipleship.
Benjamin Brock
NEXT GEN PASTOR
Benjamin Brock joined the Crossroads family in October of 2025. He is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University. Brock has a sister, two brothers, and is a proud uncle to a nephew. He was raised in a Christ-centered household and has felt a calling to youth ministry since early high school. God has given him a passion for helping students grow in their faith. He is extremely excited to serve the Lord as Crossroads Next Gen Pastor.
